My Story

Two female construction workers in safety helmets and reflective jackets, standing on a construction site with a large building in the background.
A woman with shoulder-length blonde hair smiling while holding a book titled 'ADHD 2.0'. She is sitting indoors against a gray wall, wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt and black pants.

I’ve walked the corporate path. Now I help you navigate yours.

In my pre-professional coaching life, I worked in In-House Recruitment and Learning & Development, predominantly in the Built Environment sector.

I earned four promotions within my 12 year tenure at Skanska UK. I loved my job and was successful on the outside, however, I was always up-against-it on the inside.

My style

Three words to describe my coaching style: practical, deep and thoughtful.

Coaching with me is so much more than a chat about your ‘‘to do’’ list.

My aim is to create a balance between reflection, light psychology and practical resourcefulness.

Clients

My services are for all, not just for top talent or those in leadership. Everyone is welcome.

It’s my personal ambition to make coaching accessible to as many professionals as possible.

I’m trained in ADHD Coaching and have experience coaching clients with attention dysregulation.

When I trained as a Senior Coach and started looking into human psychology, ADHD, and executive functioning, I understood (for the first time) what contributed to not meeting all of my goals despite working all the hours in the day and more.

Having observed similar patterns in my coaching clients, I have built my coaching practice around helping others learn about themselves and how to be effective and happier at work - with the time, resources, strengths, and energy they have available.

In 2026, I’ve established Naveego Coaching by Lenka Adams and I look forward to supporting you with your unique challenges and goals.
