They do not want to be found out and judged. So, they work harder to compensate for their perceived gaps.

A lot of energy goes into masking and looking like they are just fine. They do not want to be found out and judged.

Coaching has the potential to be the most effective form of support for neuro-divergent professionals.

The confidential, neutral and facilitated thinking space is an opportunity to say out load what feels heavy. This immediately alleviates anxiety, reduces the cognitive load and generates wellbeing.

❋ Executive functioning MOT

We pay attention to the unique talents and strengths each individual brings. Then we can focus on which areas of executive functioning present as an area of difficulty. This could be task initiation, planning, organising, prioritisation, impulse control, self monitoring, working memory or emotional regulation.
