HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
01 - GET IN TOUCH
By WhatsApp/Email/Phone/LinkedIn - which ever way you prefer to communicate.
Anything you share is completely confidential.
02 - Q&A / INTRO CALL
This is your opportunity to ask me any questions about coaching.
I’m always honest and I’ll tell you if I can or cannot help you.
03 - DISCOVERY SESSION
Should you decide to go ahead, we’ll start with a discovery session to assess your challenges and the change you are seeking.
From here, we’ll flexibly agree on a number of sessions and flesh out the outcome(s) you’re looking for.
04 - COACHING SESSIONS
The number of sessions varies from 3 to 15.
Each session typically includes a check-in on progress (or lack of progress); a standard coaching conversation tailored to you, followed by action planning.
You can cancel any time if it’s not right for you.
05 - END OF COACHING
We’ll review your achievements, note down what’s still left to do, and design a plan to support you beyond coaching.
WHO DO I WORK WITH?
I’m passionate about working with professionals who often end up working twice as hard due to challenges linked to ADHD, AuDHD, Dyslexia or Dyspraxia. Apart from executive function challenges, neurodivergent professionals are also more likely to fall into unhealthy work-life balance patterns, and can be more prone to self-sabotage. I’ve been there. It’s exhausting. The good news is that coaching can help minimise the negatives and capitalise on the positives.
Not all my clients are neurodivergent. I enjoy supporting neuro-typical clients who want to be become more productive/effective at work or want to change something about the way they deliver work, show up, or lead others. I’m particularly keen to help those who are transitioning to more advanced roles or changing direction. These times are exciting but require an upgraded version of yourself to meet new expectations.
I’m trained, experienced and confident to work with all levels of seniority - from early careers to leadership level.
My corporate background is in the Built Environment sector, however, all professional fields are welcome.
I also offer coaching/consultancy for ‘neurodivergent adjacent’ people - typically line managers, partners and parents or carers of neurodivergent individuals.
HOW CAN I HELP?
The challenges and traits are similar, however, every person has their own unique profile. That’s why each coaching engagement is bespoke.
Some of the challenges I’ve helped clients with:
Time management - prioritisation, procrastination, follow through, organisation
Self-perception, courage, confidence and self-advocacy
Mental capacity overload
Career transition, advancement and career design
Leadership development - stepping into more senior roles
Prices vary depending on your funding source.
Some clients choose privately funded coaching, where others use the ‘Access to Work’ grant, or their employer covers the cost.
To give you an idea, privately funded coaching starts from £75 per 60 minute session. Employer funded coaching starts from £120. I have some spaces for pro-bono offers to ensure coaching is accessible to absolutely everyone.
